Confirmed Artists Styles of Beyonds' Ryu has confirmed that the previously talked about Fort Minor mixtape will be hitting the net soon. The tape features Fort Minor outtakes and songs that didn't make the album, as well as exclusives from Styles of Beyond, and other members of the DemiGodz, including Celph Titled and Apathy.

a mixtape is a collection of songs that didnt make it to a album, these songs are mostly rapped over already excisting beats, mixtapes arent usually sold in normal music stores but on the internet (maybe we can also download this mixtape.)

Mixtapes are on the streets. Mostly in New York, otherwise, it's basically online mixtape shops, and just free from other people. Mixtape is just a term that stuck from the original mixes on tapes.

just stopping in and saying hi again. i'm tired--putting out an album on your own is exhausing! i can't wait til i get back to having five other guys to share the work with! hahaha anyway, i hope everybody has seen the fort minor videos that are making the rounds on the web. if you haven't, "petrified" is on the fort minor player, and "believe me" is on various music channel sites.

as you can see, this is not a normal release with just a single and a video--we have a TON of material to get out there to you. i just talked to green lantern, and he says the fort minor mixtape should be done this week...
